Job summary

Wing is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join a remote team and help build automated email programs across the customer lifecycle. You will deploy drip campaigns, manage lists, track metrics, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with design/content teams to deliver engaging templates and landing pages.

The role emphasizes data hygiene, tagging, and performance analysis to drive ROI, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling in a remote, international team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses.
• 2+ years in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing.
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
• Working knowledge of content management systems.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal, B2 level).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of layouts, typography, print, and web design.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/Sketch/InDesign).
• Compelling portfolio across diverse projects.
• Able to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy simple drip or nurture email campaigns.
• Maintain subscriber lists and ensure data hygiene (remove duplicates, proper tagging).
• Assist with tracking and tagging (UTMs, campaign parameters).
• Monitor automation performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions).
• Troubleshoot basics: broken links, automation not firing.
• Coordinate with design/content team for email templates and landing pages.
• Design and manage lifecycle automation programs (welcome, retention, upsell, reactivation).
• Implement and optimize drip/triggered flows based on user behavior.
• Integrate CRM/MA platforms with tracking and events.
• Analyze program performance and suggest improvements (segmentation, personalization).
• Train junior staff on automation best practices; maintain SOPs and dashboards.
• Define automation roadmap and evaluate new tools/integrations.
