Job summary

Wing Assistant - India is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to drive email campaigns, lifecycle programs and data hygiene for a remote-first team. You will implement drip flows, track performance, and collaborate with design and content teams to optimize conversions.

The role requires 2+ years in digital marketing, strong English communication, and experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or similar tools. US-hours, fully remote.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital marketing or social media
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience
• Working knowledge of content management systems
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (B2 level)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with marketing automation platforms

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy simple drip or nurture email campaigns
• Maintain subscriber lists/databases; ensure data hygiene
• Assist with tracking and tagging (UTMs, campaign parameters)
• Monitor automation performance metrics: open rates, click-through, conversion
• Troubleshoot basic issues in emails and automations
• Coordinate with design/content team for templates and assets
• Design and manage customer lifecycle automation programs
• Implement and optimize flows based on user behavior
• Integrate CRM or CDP with other tools
• Analyze performance and suggest improvements
• Train junior staff on automation practices
• Define automation roadmap and tooling needs
• Design predictive workflows (lead scoring)
• Ensure data infrastructure integrity
• Mentor automation team
• Lead cross-department projects for personalization
• Regular auditing and optimization of workflows with ROI metrics
