BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to design and manage automated email and nurture programs that engage prospects and customers through the funnel. You will optimize campaigns with data-driven insights and ensure seamless CRM integration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or email marketing.
• Experience with multiple platforms: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot or ActiveCampaign.
• Experience building multi-step workflows and behavioral triggers.
• CRM integration and lead management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated email workflows including lead nurture, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Configure and maintain marketing automation platform settings, integrations, and data flows.
• Develop dynamic content and segmentation rules to personalize communications based on user behavior and attributes.
• Perform regular audits of automation programs to identify gaps, errors, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with demand generation and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and CRM data accuracy.
• Track automation program performance and report on metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
