Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Marketing Product Developer to own end-to-end email development within an agile product squad. You will code, configure, test, and deploy personalized, secure email campaigns drawn from system events and APIs, ensuring reliable delivery and alignment with design systems.

The role collaborates with Product Marketing Leads, UX designers, and platform engineers to translate strategies into dynamic campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise marketing platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Oracle Eloqua/Responsys).
• 5+ years in digital marketing strategy, content marketing, or customer experience design.
• 3+ years collaborating with media planning, creative production, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of marketing automation, campaign management, and CX platform capabilities.
• System Architecture: Understanding of API integrations, data flows, and how MarTech platforms connect with CRM, analytics, and content management systems.
• Marketing Analytics: Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and campaign optimizations.
• AI & Emerging Tech: Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (predictive analytics, personalization engines, generative content).

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to align email development with product release cycles.
• Code highly dynamic, personalized emails pulling data from system events, APIs, and data extensions.
• Translate design mockups into responsive, mobile-first email templates aligned with the FSA Design System and branding guidelines.
• Perform pre-deployment rendering tests across email clients and devices using Litmus and test data sends to guarantee quality.
