Job summary

CMT Services, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Cloud Developer to advance our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) capabilities.

You will gather requirements, configure and customize SFMC, and lead email development leveraging Content Builder, HTML, and CSS in collaboration with the CRM team. The role emphasizes building scalable email programs, journey automation, data hygiene, and reporting to optimize marketing performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years (preferably 5) of Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget experience.
• Experience designing and executing email campaigns using SFMC tools.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Data Extensions and Content Builder.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS; knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery is a plus.
• Experience with data integrations and marketing automation testing.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements with Product Owner to design solutions.
• Design, build, test and send emails in SFMC.
• Develop and manage nurture programs and campaigns.
• Segment databases and provide targeting recommendations.
• Create reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance.
• Assist with SFMC data hygiene, imports, and troubleshooting.
• Support Salesforce and Marketing Cloud data integrations.
• Document architecture decisions and assist in feature releases.
