Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to design and manage automated email programs that engage prospects and customers across the funnel. The role emphasizes data-driven optimization and strong technical skills in automation platforms.

You’ll work in a remote-friendly environment, coordinating with demand generation and sales teams while ensuring data accuracy and effective lead handoffs in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or email marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign.
• Experience building multi-step automated workflows and behavioral trigger campaigns.
• Understanding of CRM integration and lead management processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated email workflows including lead nurture, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Configure and maintain marketing automation platform settings, integrations, and data flows.
• Develop dynamic content and segmentation rules to personalize communications based on user behavior and attributes.
• Perform regular audits of automation programs to identify gaps, errors, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with demand generation and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and CRM data accuracy.
• Track automation program performance and report on metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
