Job summary

The Glen at Heather Farm in Walnut Creek, CA is hiring a Marketing Assistant to professionally manage the front office of the Marketing Department. You will greet visitors, answer a multi-line phone, and support the Marketing team with clerical and administrative duties.

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, plus one Saturday a month. Compensation includes $21 per hour, PTO, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, tuition

Qualifications

• Minimum three years receptionist/administrative support experience.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to small groups.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM/leads system.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone system and greet visitors.
• Support Marketing team with clerical duties (copying, scanning, mailing newsletters).
• Process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Create Excel reports and spreadsheets.
• Manage inventory of brochures and supplies.
• Maintain records of current and future depositors; update database.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
