Our Marketing and Sales Representatives play a major role in shaping our company and connecting us to our local market. We are looking to hire a driven Marketing and Sales Representative who is passionate about the community, providing essential services to local customers, and helping others continue to grow and develop new skills.

The Marketing and Sales Representative acts as a liaison between our outreach campaigns to continue fostering prior professional relationships and acquiring new potential members. The Marketing and Sales Representative is responsible for assisting members or potential members with issues and/or inquiries they may have about their applications. This role is responsible for receiving and addressing customer inquiries, resolving member complaints, client education, and customer retention.

Marketing and Sales Representative Responsibilities:

1. Interacting directly with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and questions about their product offers.
2. Assisting members in enrollment and provider services.
3. Following up on customer inquiries and complaints that have not been resolved.
4. Communicating effectively to members to ensure they understand the expectations of their concerns.
5. Performing research on billing inquiries and claims to provide service.
6. Acting as a liaison between the member and various departments to address concerns.
7. Assisting in ongoing training for the marketing and sales departments.
8. Additional duties as assigned.

Marketing and Sales Representative Requirements:

• Previous experience in a brand marketing, customer service, or sales role is preferred.
• Maintains a high-energy attitude.
