ReBox is seeking independent Commission-Based Reps to help promote our innovative Social Media Marketing Automation service built specifically for Real Estate Agents and Brokers.

We automate the creation and distribution of high-quality property marketing content, helping agents grow their brand, generate leads, and close more deals — all auto pilot.

As we expand across North America, we are looking for motivated commission-only sales representatives to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking ambitious and self-driven Sales Representatives to introduce ReBox to real estate professionals. As a Commission-Only Sales Rep, you will be responsible for prospecting, presenting, and closing sales with real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. This is a remote, flexible role — perfect for someone with strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping real estate professionals succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect real estate agents, teams, and brokerages who can benefit from social media marketing automation.
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver clear, compelling presentations of ReBox’s value.
• Manage and follow up with leads through calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide feedback from the field to help optimize marketing materials and product offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in SaaS, marketing services, or real estate tech.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Access to a reliable phone, internet connection, and computer.
