Description of Responsibilities

The Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for promoting company products and services to referral sources and patients to achieve business growth goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Report misconduct, suspicious, or unethical activities to the Compliance Officer.
• Represent the company professionally and courteously in all interactions with patients.
• Develop new business with potential referral sources and patients.
• Participate in negotiations with referral source organizations as requested.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and patients, focusing on customer retention.
• Manage advertising and public relations campaigns, including print and media initiatives; coordinate with external agencies.
• Represent the company at industry events to enhance its public image.
• Keep accurate records of sales and marketing activities and communicate updates to other departments.
• Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
• Engage in the company's Performance Improvement program as needed.
• Participate in company committees and in-service education programs.
• Pursue continuing education relevant to the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.

• Proficiency with spreadsheets, internet, word processing, and email.

This is a remote, commission-only position.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm EST.
