We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to spearhead growth in the East Coast territory. This fully remote role offers a competitive base with an uncapped commission structure and the opportunity to establish key partnerships with wellness centers, gyms, spas, and medical facilities.

Responsibilities

1. Drive sales growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities across B2C (wellness-conscious individuals, athletes, recovery seekers) and B2B (wellness centers, gyms, spas, and clinics).
2. Develop a consultative sales approach to educate potential clients on the performance, anti-aging, and recovery benefits of hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
3. Actively prospect and build a sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, networking at industry events, and leveraging social media.
4. Lead product demonstrations and presentations to C-suite executives, gym owners, wellness professionals, and medical practitioners.
5. Effectively communicate financing and leasing options to potential clients to lower entry barriers for purchasing O2CapsuleBox solutions.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of market trends in the wellness and performance industries.

Qualifications

1. 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in wellness, fitness, medical devices, or high-ticket B2B sales.
2. Experience selling to gyms, recovery centers, spas, healthcare facilities, or wellness businesses is a strong plus.
3. Proven track record of high-performance sales, including experience with cold outreach and business development.
4. Ability to confidently present to executives and decision-makers, crafting compelling sales narratives.
5. Experience with financing or leasing models (or the ability to quickly learn and communicate these options to clients).
6. Self-starter mindset with strong time management skills, comfortable in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
