Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Commission-Based Social Media Marketer to develop and execute engaging social media strategies across various platforms to drive leads and sales. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a proven track record of achieving measurable results through social media marketing. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating compelling content, engaging with our audience, and ultimately contributing to our revenue growth through your efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our business goals and target audience.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content (text, image, video) optimized for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
  • Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.
  • Schedule and publish content effectively, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong online community.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Sales/Marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly.

Nice-to-Have Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies specifically for Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales.
  • Utilize Airtable for content planning, scheduling, and tracking.
  • Employ OnlySocial or similar social media management tools for efficient posting and analysis.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and basic video edits using Canva.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in social media marketing with demonstrable results in driving leads and sales.
  • Deep understanding of the best practices and nuances of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and platforms.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience marketing for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or in the technology industry.
  • Proficiency in using Airtable for project management and organization.
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms like OnlySocial.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role. Compensation will be directly tied to the leads and/or sales generated through your social media marketing efforts. Specific commission structure will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview process.
