As a Sales & Marketing Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the critical bridge between lead generation and deal progression in the U.S. market. You’ll focus on identifying the right contacts, understanding agency needs, and qualifying leads to hand off to our Account Executives (AEs). This is a foundational role with clear impact on revenue growth, pipeline velocity, and customer success.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas
Proactively prospect into U.S. infrastructure agencies and key decision-makers
Respond to new leads within 2 hours to meet U.S. engagement standards
Schedule discovery calls and introductory demos for AEs
Gather insights into prospect pain points, timelines, and procurement paths
Work collaboratively with AEs to ensure high-quality handovers and pipeline progression
Capture and share market intelligence, including competitive positioning
Align to MEDDPICC principles in your qualification process
Strong communicator with proven interpersonal skills
Experienced in B2B or B2G lead generation and qualification
Able to research accounts and identify key stakeholders
Comfortable working with CRM and lead tracking tools
Familiarity with U.S. procurement processes or government agencies (a plus)
Self-starter mindset with a passion for driving commercial outcomes
Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and marketing automation tools
AEs focused on U.S. public sector opportunities
Collaborative cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Strategy
Modern sales methodologies and structured sales processes (including MEDDPICC)
