Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Marketing Analytics in Chicago to lead a high-performing team delivering rigorous analysis and trusted data products for Marketing leadership.

You will translate strategic questions into scalable analytical solutions, drive cross-functional partnerships, and guide investments along the customer journey with data-driven insights. The role emphasizes building analytics capabilities, data storytelling, and collaboration across Stripe’s Marketing and Data Science

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analytics, including 3+ years managing Data/Marketing Analytics teams
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and analytical decision-making
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience building data pipelines with distributed frameworks (Hadoop, Spark)
• Experience creating self-serve dashboards or scalable analytics tools
• Strong knowledge of statistics
• Expertise in data storytelling and visualization to drive business impact
• Ability to lead multiple projects with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience partnering with Marketing or Sales to design measurement frameworks

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a roadmap enabling partners to assess Marketing’s impact across the business
• Act as player-coach to grow and motivate a team of analysts
• Create long-term strategy to enhance data/measurement capabilities
• Establish processes and norms to raise quality and cross-functional collaboration
