Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Experience with PPC, metasearch, app marketing, or SEO.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-3 marketing specialists and set OKRs.
• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership.
• Develop analytics roadmap and perform SQL-based analyses.
• Collaborate with partner marketing leadership and Agoda product teams.
• Oversee dashboards and reporting to track performance.
