TruStone Financial is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics and Insights to lead analytics, member insights, segmentation, and personalization strategies. This role partners with Marketing, Digital Experience, Retail Banking, Lending, Operations, and Technology to leverage data for growth and better member experiences.

You will drive marketing measurement, audience management, and CDP capabilities while guiding teams to actionable, executive-ready recommendations in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics, customer insights, segmentation, personalization, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in BI, reporting, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with CDP, CRM, marketing automation, audience management, and journey orchestration.
• Experience with SQL and data extraction/transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise marketing analytics, member insights, segmentation, personalization, and growth intelligence strategies.
• Transform data into actionable insights to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, product adoption, and profitability.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital Experience, Retail Banking, Lending, Operations, and Technology teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee audience segmentation, customer insights, personalization, marketing measurement, and CDP capabilities.
