Job summary

Del Mar College is seeking a Marketing Analytics & Executive Support Manager to partner with the Vice President of Communication & Marketing, blending executive administrative duties with data-driven performance reporting. This role synthesizes departmental data into actionable dashboards to track workloads, evaluate campaigns, and inform strategic decisions.

It also oversees daily division operations, including calendars, budgeting, procurement, and office support for efficient functioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in a marketing analyst or executive-level administrative operations role.
• Excel is required; strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience analyzing data and producing data-driven reports.
• Experience handling confidential executive communications, calendar coordination, travel logistics, and routine administrative management.
• Strong written, verbal, and communication skills with ability to explain complex data clearly.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and diplomacy when liaising with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Utilize analytics systems to track department projects and workloads.
• Create dashboards and metrics to identify trends and optimize resources.
• Aggregate, clean, and analyze marketing data across channels.
• Develop dashboards to visualize key metrics for leadership.
• Manage calendars, inboxes, travel, and executive assistant tasks.
• Oversee College Relations Office operations and procurement duties.
• Assist with overall departmental budget management and expense reporting.
