Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, CS, OR, Marketing Analytics, or another quantitative field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data cleansing, reconciliation and quality checks.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data-querying tools is preferred.
• Experience with marketing analytics, campaign measurement, lead-funnel metrics, attribution, or executive performance reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and quality-check recurring marketing performance reports and Excel or Power BI dashboards.
• Analyze campaign, lead, application, enrollment, conversion, and cost performance.
• Reconcile data across marketing and operational sources, investigating discrepancies, missing data, broken feeds, and unexpected performance changes.
• Respond to ad hoc business questions by defining analytical approaches, researching available data, documenting assumptions, and communicating findings clearly.
• Maintain metric definitions, business rules, procedures, and reporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate manual reporting processes.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, analytics partners, agencies, sales, operations, and technology teams.
• Learn unfamiliar systems and processes, ask targeted questions, and independently work toward solutions with appropriate guidance.
