Job summary

Del Mar College is seeking a Marketing Analytics & Executive Support Manager to blend executive administrative support with data-driven performance reporting. You will synthesize departmental data into dashboards and oversee daily division operations to ensure efficiency.

The role requires strong Excel skills, five years in analytics or senior admin roles, and excellent communication with leadership and stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position in the College Relations office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a closely related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in a marketing analyst or executive-level administrative operations role.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including MS Outlook, Word and PowerPoint (advanced Microsoft Excel skills required).
• Experience analyzing data and producing detailed data-driven reports.
• Experience handling confidential executive communications, calendar coordination, travel logistics, and routine administrative management.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate complex data clearly to various audiences.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and diplomacy when liaising with executive leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• WORKLOAD ANALYTICS: Track department projects and staff workload with dashboards and metrics.
• MARKETING ANALYTICS: Analyze campaigns across channels and present actionable insights.
• ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Manage calendars, inbox triage, inquiries, and EA duties.
• OFFICE OPERATIONS: Facilitate purchases, supplies, travel, expenses, and facilities requests.
• BUDGETS & EXPENSES: Assist with budget management and reconciling expenses.
