Guidde is seeking an AI Builder to join our Marketing team—design, build, and ship AI-powered tools and workflows that make marketing faster, smarter, and more effective. This role reports to the VP of Marketing.

If you're a creative, self-driven builder who moves from ideation to execution, you thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments and take full ownership of your projects. You'll collaborate with marketing stakeholders while pursuing your own ideas with a fail-fast mindset.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of current AI models, tools, and their differences.
• Experience building AI agents for automation and marketing use cases.
• Skilled at connecting different products and tools into cohesive workflows.
• Ability to build standalone products that integrate with existing marketing tools.
• Basic web coding ability to customize tools as needed.
• Strong executor who can work independently and with the team.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing AI tools: build and maintain all AI-driven tools for marketing.
• Lead lead-generation initiatives from end to end.
• Build inbound demand with lead magnets, AI assets, and on-site personalization.
• Build outbound demand with data enrichment and 1:1 outbound sequences.
• Run an AI creative pipeline for video, image, and copy at scale.
• Educate the team on AI trends and capabilities.
