Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all incoming referrals, calls, walk-ins, and inquiries.
• Coordinate admission documentation completion, insurance verification, and pre-admission authorization.
• Communicate clearly with hospitals, case managers, residents, families, and internal departments.
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates in Point Click Care (PCC) CRM.
• Facilitate facility tours, referral follow-up, and participate in conversion strategies.
• Maintain strong customer service standards at every touchpoint.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and administrative teams to ensure smooth admissions.
• Ensure rooms are admit- and tour-ready daily.
• Assist with marketing events, community outreach, and relationship development activities.

Job Summary

Pahrump Health and Rehabilitation in Pahrump, Nevada is looking for an Admission Coordinator for our community. As our Admission Coordinator, you will be the first point of communication for referrals, families, and partners. Key Responsibilities:
