Job summary

Mead & Hunt, Inc. invites applications for a full-time, limited-term Business Administration and Marketing Intern at our Chicago, IL, or Portland, OR office. The internship runs May/June 2027 through August/September 2027, offering hands-on exposure to architectural marketing and proposal development.

You will support data management, asset organization, and content updates while gaining experience with branding, communications, and marketing metrics. A valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• Completed at least two semesters of college-level coursework in business administration, marketing, or communications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with InDesign and/or Adobe products.
• Experience with AI-driven tools to enhance productivity.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify data gaps and update project, resume, and opportunity data in aec360.
• Organize and maintain digital assets, photography, and marketing collateral.
• Assist with file naming and document management.
• Help update resumes, project sheets, and branded marketing content.
• Support marketing metrics, reporting, and quality control reviews.
• Assist in project kickoff meetings for proposals and other submittals.
• Create and produce interview materials such as presentations and handouts.
• Lead external production and mailing marketing materials.
• General administrative support for marketing initiatives.
