Mead & Hunt, Inc. is seeking a full-time, limited-term Business Administration and Marketing Intern to join the Architecture & Building Engineering Marketing group. Based in Chicago, IL or Portland, OR, the internship runs May/June 2027 through August/September 2027.

The role involves updating project data, organizing assets, preparing resumes and marketing content, supporting metrics, and assisting in proposals and submittals. Prior experience with AI tools and Adobe products is preferred.

Competenze

• Two semesters of college-level coursework in business administration, marketing, or communications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with InDesign and Adobe products.
• Experience with generative AI tools to improve productivity.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Mansioni

• Identify data gaps and update project, resume, and opportunity data in aec360.
• Organize and maintain digital assets, photography, and marketing collateral.
• Assist with file naming and document management.
• Update resumes, project sheets, and branded marketing content.
• Support marketing metrics, reporting, and quality control reviews.
• Assist in kickoff meetings for proposals and submittals.
• Create interview materials such as presentations and handouts.
• Lead external production and mailing of marketing materials.
• Provide general administrative marketing support.
