Mead & Hunt, Inc. is seeking a full‑time, limited‑term Marketing/Business Administration intern to join our Architecture & Building Engineering Marketing group.

The position will be based at our Portland, OR office with internship May/June 2027 to August/September 2027. The ideal candidate will assist with data management, organizing marketing assets, and updating resumes and proposals, while gaining exposure to AI-powered productivity tools and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Create and produce interview materials such as presentations and handouts.

As a result of our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, limited-term business administration and marketing intern to join our Architecture & Building Engineering Marketing group. This position will be based at our office in Chicago, IL or Portland, OR. The anticipated internship period is expected to begin May/June 2027 and end by August/September 2027.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying data gaps and updating project, resume, and opportunity data in aec360

A valid driver's license and the ability to pass background checks may be required.

Successful candidates must have completed at least two semesters of college-level coursework in business administration, marketing, communications, or other related fields from an accredited college or university by date of hire.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all the following:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Significant attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with InDesign and/or other Adobe products

• Experience or familiarity with generative AI-driven tools, platforms, or systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and reduce errors
• High level of quality in copy editing
• Juggling priorities and multiple deadlines

Hourly Rate Range: $18.00 - $25.00 - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
