Job summary

Mead & Hunt is offering a full-time, limited-term Marketing and Business Administration internship based in Chicago, IL or Portland, OR. The position runs May/June 2027 through August/September 2027, with an hourly rate of $18.00–$25.00, and requires two semesters of relevant college coursework.

The intern will support data management in aec360, asset organization, resume and content updates, and marketing metrics.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least two semesters of college coursework in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience with MS Office and design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify data gaps and update project, resume, and opportunity data in aec360.
• Organize digital assets, photography, and marketing collateral.
• Assist with file naming and document management.
• Help update resumes, project sheets, and branded marketing content.
• Support marketing metrics, reporting, and quality control reviews.
• Assist in kickoff meetings for proposals and submittals.
• Create interview materials such as presentations and handouts.
• Lead external production and mailing of marketing materials.
• Provide general administrative support for marketing initiatives.
