• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Execute marketing strategies established by the dealership's sales leadership team.
• Coordinate communication between the dealership and third-party marketing vendors.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to evaluate vendor performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports to leadership regarding vendor performance, lead generation, and ROI.
• Manage and maintain the dealership's CRM and Podium platforms.
• Monitor CRM performance and notify General Manager of concerns.
• Create and manage CRM follow-up campaigns and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Recommend monthly promotions and offers based on Stellantis incentives and programs.
• Monitor and maintain website accuracy and inventory information.
• Manage dealership social media accounts with weekly postings.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with sales associates to review CRM usage.
• Develop and produce marketing materials to support promotions and campaigns.
• Analyze website performance, lead generation trends, and campaign results.
