Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years in marketing or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' experience in a similar position are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaison to the Area VP and store General and Department Managers, responsible for establishing and maintaining procedures to execute digital sales growth initiatives and CRM.
• Assists with the creation and maintenance and optimization of dealership websites.
• Reports and tracks effectiveness of customer retention campaigns and productivity changes associated with CRM and related digital efforts.
• Identifies and implements new methods to improve dealership systems, processes, traffic management and other means to better manage marketing strategies and increase ROI on related initiatives.
• Takes actions to promote the integration/synchronicity of dealership CRM, DMS and phone systems.
• Pursues measures to promote the development of marketing best practices and SOPs.
