Job summary

Haley Automotive Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the internal marketing team, oversee day-to-day execution, and drive strategic decisions. You will manage budgets, co-op submissions, and vendor relationships to maximize ROI across paid, organic, and traditional channels.

The role requires a data-driven leader with 5+ years in automotive marketing, strong GA4/CRM/CDP skills, and a focus on brand consistency. Occasional travel to support multiple stores may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in automotive, incl. leading a team.
• Strong understanding of both variable and fixed operations marketing; proficient in GA4, CRM and CDP platforms, paid search, SEO, Meta Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the internal marketing team's day-to-day execution and ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze marketing data across operations to track ROI and deliver actionable monthly reports.
• Oversee paid, organic, and social media strategy, vendor coordination, and performance optimization.
• Guide dealership websites, inventory feeds, and third-party listing platforms for lead gen.
• Own media planning, budgets, and co-op submissions to maximize ROI.
• Drive CDP, email, and SMS campaigns with data-driven audiences and timing.
• Support traditional media planning and quick market adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines and FTC regulations.
• Represent Haley Automotive Group at community events and manage reputation.
