Ilderton Auto in High Point, NC seeks a Marketing Administrator to execute the dealership’s marketing strategy, manage digital platforms, analyze vendor performance, and support sales initiatives. This role includes managing CRM systems, coordinating with third-party marketing vendors, maintaining website accuracy, overseeing social media accounts, and developing targeted marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in marketing, administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms, digital marketing, or social media management preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute marketing strategies established by the dealership's sales leadership team.
• Coordinate communication between the dealership and third-party marketing vendors.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to evaluate third-party vendor performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports to leadership regarding vendor performance, lead generation, and return on investment.
• Manage and maintain the dealership's CRM and Podium platforms.
• Monitor CRM performance and notify the General Manager of concerns, including decreased lead volume, appointment ratios, and closing ratios.
• Create and manage CRM follow-up campaigns and customized marketing campaigns targeting specific customer groups.
• Recommend monthly promotions and special offers based on current Stellantis incentives and manufacturer programs.
• Monitor and maintain the dealership's website to ensure accuracy, functionality, and timely updates to vehicle images and inventory information.
