Job summary

Quality Title, LLC seeks a Marketing Representative to expand its presence across the Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia. You will develop relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and industry professionals to grow referrals and promote our title and settlement services.

The role requires 3 years in real estate-related fields, strong communication, and an ability to work independently while collaborating with the marketing team. Evening or weekend events may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Title Agent required.
• Minimum of 3 years in title, settlement, mortgage, or related real estate industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Qualia is a plus.
• Experience using CRM and marketing platforms.
• Ability to attend occasional evening or weekend networking events.

Responsibilities

• Use CRM to track contacts, activities, referrals, leads, ROI.
• Follow up with referral partners and prospective clients.
• Represent Quality Title professionally in communities we serve.

Quality Title, LLC is a busy and growing title and settlement company headquartered in Front Royal, VA, with an additional office in Winchester, VA. We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and relationship-driven Marketing Representative to join our team.

This position will focus on growing and strengthening Quality Title's presence throughout the Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia by developing meaningful relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals.

The ideal candidate understands the title and real estate industry, enjoys building professional relationships, and is motivated to help our referral partners grow their businesses while promoting the exceptional service and expertise Quality Title provides.

Experience with Qualia is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, brokers, and other industry professionals.
