Job summary

Quality Title, LLC seeks a Marketing Representative to expand its presence across the Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia. You will develop relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and industry professionals to grow referrals and promote our title and settlement services.

The role requires 3 years in real estate-related fields, strong communication, and an ability to work independently while collaborating with the marketing team. Evening or weekend events may be required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Title Agent required.
• Minimum of 3 years in title, settlement, mortgage, or related real estate industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Qualia is a plus.
• Experience using CRM and marketing platforms.
• Ability to attend occasional evening or weekend networking events.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, brokers, and other professionals.
• Generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing referral partner relationships.
• Educate agents and lenders about title and settlement services.
• Represent Quality Title at networking events and industry functions in Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia.
• Maintain involvement in local Chambers of Commerce and professional associations.
• Develop and maintain an engaging social media presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on initiatives and campaigns.
• Use CRM to track contacts, activities, referrals, leads, ROI.
• Follow up with referral partners and prospective clients.
• Represent Quality Title professionally in communities we serve.
