Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of related experience and 4+ years of leadership experience, or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 9+ years of specific experience and 6+ years of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead MU field technician teams and management structure for reactive service, installation, and related technician teams
• Manage a team delivering equipment installation and repair services to outlets within the Market Unit, ensuring service levels meet company goals
• Represent Customer Care in MU Leadership, leveraging Field Service, Equipment, Contact Center, Make Ready Center to drive growth
• Lead training, parts and equipment service teams, manage performance, and develop engagement and talent programs
• Participate in customer meetings to assess service delivery, oversee diagnostics, repairs, and quality control of equipment
• Develop a strategic departmental Business Plan and execute against annual goals, achieving KPIs
• Other duties as assigned
