Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead MU field technician teams and drive service quality.

You will manage equipment installation/repair services, lead a leadership team, and develop a strategic department plan to achieve KPIs and growth while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Education and leadership experience required: Bachelor's with 6+ years and 4+ years leadership OR diploma with 9+ years specific experience and 6+ years leadership.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead MU field technician teams and associated management structures (reactive service, bottle/can installation, fountain installation) safely and efficiently.
• Manage a team providing equipment installation/repair for outlets within the Market Unit to meet service levels supporting growth.
• Represent Customer Care in the MU Leadership team to leverage infrastructure for BU growth.
• Lead training, parts and equipment service teams; manage performance, engage and develop staff, and implement recognition programs.
• Participate in customer meetings to evaluate service delivery and oversee diagnostics, repairs, and quality of equipment for placements.
• Develop and execute the departmental business plan; drive KPIs and annual goals; perform other duties as assigned.
