Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in the San Antonio market to lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting. You will partner with store leaders, modernize hiring practices, and deliver a white-glove candidate experience reflecting our employer brand.

• Experience supporting multi-rooftops (15+ locations) preferred.
• Hybrid work schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the dedicated TA partner for a defined market/region, with varying business needs and hiring maturity.
• Own end-to-end hiring process from intake to pre-boarding handoff to HR Shared Services.
• Build and maintain pipelines for high-impact roles; leverage multi-channel sourcing.
• Provide bi-weekly and monthly business reviews with store and district leaders.
• Meet or exceed department KPIs like time to fill, funnel metrics, and requisition fill rates.
