Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle high-volume recruiting.
• Experience supporting multi-rooftops (15+ locations) preferred.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
• Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home.
• Advanced sourcing: Boolean, talent mapping, passive outreach.
• Strength in building pipelines through colleges, technical schools and military.
• Experience supporting 15+ stores in a market strongly preferred.
• Strong relationship management and data storytelling.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated TA partner for a defined market/region with varying needs.
• Lead process adoption and change management, influencing hiring behavior with data insights.
• Own end-to-end hiring process from intake to pre-boarding handoff to HR Shared Services.
• Build and maintain pipelines for high-impact roles using multi-channel sourcing.
• Provide bi-weekly and monthly business reviews with store leaders on hiring metrics.
• Meet or exceed KPIs like time to fill, funnel metrics, and requisition fill rates.
