This role partners with store leadership, drives modern hiring practices, and delivers a white-glove candidate experience. Travel up to 50% and a hybrid schedule enable strong engagement with a fast-paced network of dealerships. You will manage end-to-end recruiting, build pipelines across channels, and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting 15+ stores/locations preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Hybrid work schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home.
• Strong data storytelling and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated TA partner for a defined market with high-volume hiring.
• Develop complex market hiring strategies as an individual contributor.
• Lead process adoption and advise leadership, using data and insights.
• Own end-to-end hiring from intake to pre-boarding with a strong candidate experience.
• Build pipelines using multi-channel sourcing, partnerships, and events.
• Provide bi-weekly and monthly reviews to align hiring with business goals.
• Aim to meet KPIs like time to fill and funnel metrics.
