Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop store managers to drive operational excellence across locations.
• Monitor compliance with policies, safety standards and procedures.
• Analyze markets, P&L and inventory data to improve operations and profitability.
• Partner with sales leadership to boost efficiency and service levels to meet objectives.
• Produce financial reports and projections for the market and ensure timely updates.
