Shoe Sensation, Inc. is seeking a Market Sales Director (Multi Unit Leader) to drive performance across multiple stores. You will lead store managers, train teams on sales techniques, and analyze KPIs to improve conversion and profitability.

Responsibilities include coordinating promotions, optimizing labor, maintaining brand standards, and collaborating with HR and marketing. Travel up to 75% may be required to oversee markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Sales Driving experience in a retail environment as a market leader (multi-unit).
• Demonstrated efficiency in Microsoft suite, specifically Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple activities, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train all associates on sales driving during every visit.
• Work with Outside Sales director to analyze local markets for opportunities and ensure managers impact the community.
• Analyze data on KPIs and conversion and hold stores accountable for metrics.
• Rollup top and bottom 5 stores with action plans to Market President weekly.
• Coordinate with HR on Sales Performance Improvement Plans for underperforming managers.
• Communicate with merchant team on aging inventory and transfers between stores.
• Ensure stores capture customer profile information (cell/phone, name, email, zip).
• Attend and support local sales driving events as needed.
• Complete Sales Checklist in every store visit.
• Review labor management and approve schedules weekly to maximize conversion.
• Labor rollups and reporting to hold stores to labor goals.
• Ensure stores uphold brand standards.
• Verify and change locks/cores with key holders on turnover.
• Fill in scheduling gaps in stores.
• Coordinate with Marketing for large scale promotional support.
