Job summary

GPC in the United States is seeking a Market Director, Store Operations to oversee the performance of multiple store locations within an assigned market. You will report to the Divisional VP and drive operational excellence and a customer-centric culture.

You will mentor store managers, analyze P&L, coordinate with Sales, manage inventory, and lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve profitability and store standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/operations required.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to drive improvements.
• Experience leading multi-site operations teams.
• Strong finance and budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store operations leaders to achieve excellence and profitability.
• Monitor compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Analyze P&L and inventory to drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales to meet district financial targets.
• Oversee inventory management to minimize shrinkage.
• Conduct regular store visits and coach teams.
