Job summary

Ecolab's Market Sales Representative in San Diego, CA partners with customers to grow sales within an existing territory, using consultative techniques to deliver total value. You will own relationships, expand solution adoption, and close opportunities in cleaning and sanitation, safety, quality, and operations.

The role emphasizes building a robust pipeline with CRM, communicating value, and collaborating with service teams to ensure superior value delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
2 years of sales experience.
Experience in broadline distribution, customer service, foodservice, hospitality, or related industry.
Valid driver's license.
Background check and drug screens after offer.
No immigration sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

Drive growth and meet revenue targets across assigned accounts/geography.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and digital sales tools.
Communicate total value to the customer and grow solutions within existing accounts.
Provide industry expertise on cleaning and sanitation, safety, quality and operations.
Partner with service and internal teams to ensure best in class value delivery.
Establish and maintain multi-level relationships with customers and industry partners.
Activate and close franchise opportunities with Corporate accounts.
Ensure accounts meet Ecolab Brand Standards.
