Job summary

Ecolab is hiring a Market Sales Representative in the Indianapolis area to grow sales within an existing account base using consultative selling. You will own customer relationships, expand solution adoption, and close competitive opportunities in cleaning and sanitation, safety, quality and operations.

In this role you will build a pipeline, partner with service teams, and act as the face of Ecolab to drive value for multi-level customer relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2 years of sales experience.
Experience in broadline distribution, customer service, foodservice, hospitality, or a related industry.
Position requires a current and valid driver’s license.
Background check and drug screens on offers; no immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Drive growth across assigned accounts or geography and meet targets.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and digital sales tools.
Communicate total value to the customer and grow solutions within existing accounts.
Develop industry expertise in cleaning, sanitation, safety, quality, and operations to recommend plans and programs.
Partner with service and internal teams to deliver best-in-class value.
