Dal-Tile, a unit of Mohawk Industries, is seeking an exceptional Sales Representative to join our TEAM! You will conduct weekly sales calls, prepare reports, and perform market analysis for top accounts in the region.

In this role you will increase market share and sales across the SBU by servicing existing customers, pursuing new prospects, and developing strategic travel plans while maintaining product margins and delivering timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes/email.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• At least 4 years of selling experience; customer service a plus.
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment; self-motivated.
• Strong verbal and written communication; interpersonal skills; negotiation.

Responsabilités

• Increase market share and sales in the region.
• Conduct weekly sales calls with existing and new customers.
• Prepare weekly sales and call reports.
• Develop monthly strategy and travel calendar.
• Analyze top accounts and market data to guide sales strategy.
• Grow market share while maintaining product margins.
• Follow up with clients by phone, mail, or email.
• Maintain client files and timely program follow-ups.
• Provide PK seminars to customers.
• Utilize on-demand reporting to hit sales targets.
• Perform other duties as required.
