Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Market Relations Rep I to liaise with REPs, TDSP field crews and customers, handling billing and service order requests within market-defined protocol.

Under limited supervision, you will resolve inquiries, review reports for tariff compliance, and process LOAs. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential, with experience in billing and customer service in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of related experience in customer service, collections, and/or cashiering.
• Experience in billing and service order processing within a utility or energy market environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse market participants.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with Retail Providers, TNMP, ERCOT and customers to address service order and billing inquiries.
• Review and resolve MarkeTrak issues.
• Review and resolve CIS-related exceptions through completion, including service orders and meter reading.
• Ensure service orders are dispatched and completed timely and accurately.
• Review and reconcile reports to ensure market and tariff compliance.
• Process LOAs and Critical Care requests.
