Job summary

RMS Energy Co, LLC seeks an Operations Specialist to provide business support and administrative functions within the Transformer division. The role supports operational leaders across commercial processes, including invoicing, quoting, order entry, purchasing, and pricing change orders.

You will manage the division's monthly activity log, assist forecasts, monitor revenue accrual, process change orders, and generate invoices while maintaining confidential data integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in service business billing or related function
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Proficient using CRM and ERP systems, enabling efficient management of customer relations and enterprise resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage division monthly activity log and backlog for accuracy and timeliness
• Support developing and maintaining business forecasts to provide insights for strategic decisions
• Monitor revenue accrual and clearance processes to align margins with company goals
• Price Change Orders
• Analyze and track labor and expenses to improve cost efficiencies
• Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment
• Enter daily and weekly timekeeping records accurately
• Retrieve and verify Purchase Orders from portals and customers
• Generate fixed-price and time & material invoices
• Invoice all tickets
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive commercial and financial data
