Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field and 2 years' experience as HR Generalist/Specialist in multi-unit environment OR 3 years Walmart management with 2 years supervising
• Valid state-issued driver's license
• Experience in workforce and talent management, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management
• Strong project management skills to develop, communicate, and execute business plans and priorities
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategies to improve scheduling and staffing

Responsibilities

• Lead Workforce Management programs by identifying operational needs and improving scheduling and staffing performance
• Manage talent acquisition strategies by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating job offers
• Oversee talent pipelines and succession planning by analyzing data and implementing development programs
• Drive performance management through coaching, mentoring, and evaluations to build high-performing teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and enhance workforce plans aligned with business priorities and goals
