Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Market Partner to lead the next growth phase. This 100% field-facing role drives operational excellence, profitability, and member satisfaction across clubs in the region, while cultivating a high-performance culture built on trust and growth.

You will align teams around a shared vision, ensure consistent operations, and develop leaders who embody our purpose: enrich lives through fitness and well-being. Travel up to 80% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years operational and multi-unit management experience.
• Experience in P&L oversight, budget forecasting, & KPI evaluation/reporting.
• Extensive experience in talent deployment– recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Create alignment across market through vision casting; demonstrate core values.
• Meet and exceed target profitability monthly and annually across clubs and market.
• Own the recruiting and integration process for all management positions within market purview.
• Maintain 100% staffing across all positions and build a virtual pipeline to minimize time to fill.
• Conduct regular meetings and execute development plans to support growth in professional and personal development.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to General Managers and Managing Partners.
• Identify and develop team members to support market growth via succession planning.
• Guide local store marketing activities and external community relations.
• Oversee controllable expenses including labor, COGS, repairs/maintenance, and gym supplies.
