Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Market Partner to lead growth across multiple clubs in our Tulsa, OK region. This 100% field-facing leadership role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive profitability, member satisfaction, and cultural excellence.

You will align markets, develop leaders, and ensure consistent club performance while embedding a purpose-driven culture focused on well-being and community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years operational and multi-unit management experience.
• Experience in P&L oversight, budget forecasting, & KPI evaluation.
• Extensive experience in talent deployment- recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Create alignment across market with vision and core values.
• Meet profitability targets per club and market.
• Own the recruiting and integration for all management positions within market purview.
• Maintain 100% staffing across all positions and maintain a virtual pipeline to minimize time to fill.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, and implement personal development plans to support growth.
• Energize through ongoing coaching and performance development, including formal evaluations and feedback to GMs and MPs.
• Identify and develop team members to support market growth through succession planning.
• Achieve and exceed member acquisition, retention, and KPI targets.
• Guide local store marketing activities and external community relations.
