Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Market Personal Training Manager to lead PT teams, coach leaders, and drive member engagement across the market. The role emphasizes rapid, high-quality service delivery, staff development, and consistent performance reviews.

You will oversee PT operations, ensure accurate administration, and report metrics to executive leadership while maintaining a strong focus on member outcomes and growth opportunities within a fast-expanding franchise network.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a personal training manager.
• Demonstrates integrity, judgment, confidence, humility and kindness.
• Understanding of labor control and staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage PTM performance; coach club leaders on engagement, acquisition, and retention.
• Conduct 1:1s with Market Partners, MPs, and PTMs to review performance.
• Ensure accurate PT administration, certifications, and progress tracking.
• Maintain staffing and certifications; respond to member inquiries within 24 hours.
• Report KPIs and action plans to leadership and RVP.
