Hassle Free Home Services, Inc. is looking for a Director of Market Operations to oversee performance across MD, DC, and VA, delivering an exceptional member experience measured by NPS, retention, and LTV.

The role is hands-on, requiring presence in homes, on schedules, and in the numbers weekly. You will lead Home Managers, Technicians, and Member Services, manage budgets, set measurable goals, and coach teams to achieve productivity, quality, and revenue targets while building repeatable

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operating experience with P&L ownership or a military background.
• Experience leading field teams and driving frontline performance.
• Track record of owning results: P&L, unit economics, customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Lead Home Managers, Technicians, and Member Services to meet productivity, quality, service, and revenue targets.
• Conduct weekly meetings to unblock teams and maintain culture.
• Recruit, interview, onboard field talent and ensure staffing levels meet growth needs.
• Train teams on service standards, safety, and member interaction; implement improvement plans.
