Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Market Operations Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of an assigned single-family rental market. You will lead inspections, vendor coordination, and cross-functional teams to ensure profitability and leasing success.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with remote and field work across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property management or operations management experience.
• Experience in residential real estate, property management, or SFR operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent financial analysis with understanding of P&L and NOI performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market-level financial performance, including P&L reviews and variance reporting.
• Schedule, perform, document, and review property inspections to ensure standards.
• Collaborate with pricing and leasing teams to support occupancy goals and pricing strategies.
• Lead field support teams and coordinate with departments to maintain efficiency and satisfaction.
• Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior management.
